Out There Fun and Fitness is great if you are looking to lose weight, as you are almost guaranteed an excellent cardio workout. For those that are new to fitness, you definitely will be jumping in the deep end, but programs are often designed with this in mind. Expect it to be a challenge, but expect results that coincide with this. You will feel good and look good too.

Anyone can join us!
Out There Fun and Fitness try to accommodate all fitness levels and ages. Nearly all of our training sessions are set outdoors including at the Oval, Golf Club, Bush Runs, Swimming Pool or a local Venue. We also have a mobile truck that will come to you when ever and where ever you choose. We generally meet at the Highlands Golf Club Mittagong and take it from there as this is our base. Out There Fun and Fitness meet at the Highlands Golf Club, Mittagong. Monday to Friday 6am. Training starts 6am sharp daily.
